Content in Subflow
Last updated 1 day ago
The Content application is where you store educational materials and build structured learning experiences for patients and staff. It has two sections: the Media Library and Courses.

Media Library
The Media Library is a file storage area where you upload and organize the documents, videos, and other files your organization uses for patient education and staff training. Files are listed, displaying each file's name, size, type, access level, publish state, and date.
You can organize files into collections, which work like folders, to keep your library structured as it grows.
Each file has two settings that control who can see it:
Access: Public (anyone with the link can view the file) or Private (only portal members and organization staff can view it)
State: Published (the file is live and is accessible online) or Unpublished (the file is not accessible online)
Courses
Courses are structured educational resources you build in Subflow and share with patients or staff. Each course can be organized into modules that group related content, and each module contains one or more lessons.
Each lesson can include:
A video
A title and description
Resources (supplementary files that learners can download)
Courses have the same access settings as Media Library files: Public (anyone with the link) or Private (portal members and organization staff only), plus a Published toggle that controls whether the course is live.
How the Media Library and Courses work together
Files uploaded to the Media Library (videos and documents) can be attached directly to course lessons as the lesson video or as resource files. Organizing your files in the Media Library before building a course makes them easier to find when you are adding lessons.
